Large room (by Paris standards). Polite and efficient staff. Cleanliness.
Very small bathroom and extremely tiny sink (for the single room anyway), barely usable. Free Wifi is only available for a 12-hours period after first connection regardless of how long you actually connect, after which you have to get a new login and password... And so on. Very annoying. No fridge, no a/c in rooms. Thin walls, could hear people talk.

Its incredible, central location was a plus.

The rooms were a nice size and well-equipped with a big bed. Our accommodation was set in a central location close to restaurants, a cinema, metro, pastry shops, a pharmacy, and a Carrefour grocery store.

The bathroom was really beautiful and modern. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable and the price was good. It was walking distance to the metro but pretty far from the main tourist sites. We enjoyed our stay very much. Wish they had an English speaking channel on tv.

Charming hotel, quite area but close to the next metro station (Alesia). Very nice staff. Rooms, we had a single and a double room, were both new renovated.
No aircondition and you can hear everything from the room next door

The location is great, close to the suburbs and many restaurants. the hotel is easy to access from the subway. - the rooms are bright, neat, and come with a big bed, which is quite large for Paris. - the internet connection is good. - the bathroom looks recently renovated.

A very clean and newly renovated hotel in a quiet and safe part of Paris. The hotel is in a little square in a residential area. The hotel is tastefully decorated, very very clean and comfortable, and offers free Wi-Fi. We were there around end of June, so although there is no air conditioner, the French windows allowed plenty of cool air through at night. There is supermarket near by and a great bakery/cafe. Beware that the hotel does not allow eating in the room, but you can byo and eat in their dinning room. The only thing is it's not at a location where you can walk to all the tourist attractions. It's a 3 minutes walk to Metro station Alesia on line 4 (second last stop on the southern end of the line), then it's a 15 minute ride to the very central station Chatlet. But you do have to change lines at least once. I didn't mind riding the Metro for 15~30 minutes to get to wherever I needed to go to. It is because of its less than central location that made this charming 3-star hotel in Paris so affordable. We stayed at another 3-star hotel near Gare du Nord at the end of our trip and it was no where as nice as this one. I would love to stay at this hotel again. Highly recommended to all who don't mind the extra distance.

Newly refurbished (to a good standard) rooms which were clean and comfortable. Good location - quiet back street and away from the centre but only a 15 minute metro ride from centre, and in a good area for affordable restaurants
Only one minor issue - noise from the corridors carried into the room quite loudly. But because of the type of guest at the hotel, this wasn't a major problem.

The small hotel was stylish. the bed was very comfy, the room was not only stylish, but also functional. Everything here was really good. the location was incredible, within walking distance of an underground ossuary. It was nestled near a tram station.

Charming hotel on a pleasant out of the way street. Close to all forms of transportation including bus and metro station. Room and bathroom kept very clean. Very pleasant staff who are helpful and accomodating. Nice location in paris, parks in walking distance.
The only complaint we have on the hotel is that the walls are very thin and can hear people in the other rooms.
